We collect the following information when you use Manager Battle Pro:
We use your information to:
We never sell your data to third parties.
Anyone can see it, even without an account: your presentation card and your public profile, your total trust seals and some faces of those who gave them to you, the events and classes you publish with your organizer name, tournament and league results (name, placement and points) and some recent posts from the JAMS community wall, which may appear on the home page with your nickname and your photo.
People with an account can see: everything you post on the JAMS community wall.
It is private: your chats (only you and the other person), your reports and the reason you removed a trust seal (only the moderation team), the exact address of a class with a private address (only the person who publishes it and the team) and the AI chat memory.
If you organize a tournament or a league, only upload names and photos of participants who gave you permission, and permission from their mother, father or guardian if they're minors.
We use:
You can accept, reject, or change your choice in the cookie notice (the "Cookies" link at the bottom of each page). Without your consent, we do not load Google Analytics, Clarity, or Meta. You can also write to us at: contact (at) managerbattlepro.com
You have the right to:
European Union and United Kingdom. We use your data to give you the service you requested (your account, your events) and, based on legitimate interest, for security and moderation. You can object to measurement and advertising at any time, as explained in "Cookies and measurement". You can ask for a person to review any automated decision that affects you and file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Japan. You can ask us to show, correct, stop using or delete your data, and the records of what we delivered to third parties.
Korea. You can request access, correction, deletion or that we stop processing your data. If you are under 14, your guardian exercises these rights.
Chile. You have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, and once Law 21.719 takes effect, also portability, with a complaint before the Personal Data Protection Agency.
To exercise these rights, contact us through the email indicated below.
Our servers are in the United States (Google Cloud, us-central1 region). That's why your data travels outside your country. We work with these providers, only for what is indicated:
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom: these transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, depending on what each provider offers.
If you live in Japan: your data is stored in the United States, which has state and sector-specific privacy laws rather than a comprehensive law like Japan's. We apply security measures equivalent to those required by Japanese law.
If you live in Korea: your data (the above) is sent to those countries when you use the service, over the internet, to provide you with the service, and is stored until you delete your account, except as explained in "Deleting your account and what we keep". You can refuse by writing to us, but then we cannot provide you with the service, because all our servers are outside Korea.
We protect your data through:
If you use JAMS, the social side of the app, we store:
Remember that what you post on the wall and on your profile can be seen by many people (the details are in “What is public and what is private”). Think about what you share.
We store who gave each seal and when. If you remove it, we store the reason and how long it lasted. We store every report with who sends it, who it refers to, the reason and whatever you write. Reports and reasons are only seen by the moderation team, and we use them to protect the community and detect abuse.
The team receives internal notifications via Telegram with the account name, the reason and the start of the report, and reviews the details in a private panel.
An AI (Jev, from TypeSafe, through Vercel) reviews the text and data of the events and classes you upload and may publish them on its own. It also evaluates the text of wall posts to choose which ones get featured.
We keep reports and seal removals to protect the community; they do not yet have an automatic deletion period. If there was a crime, we may hand them over to an authority that requests them in accordance with the law.
The app has three assistants: DAKBOT (guides you through the app), SCOUT (helps you discover events) and CYPHER (analyzes your tournaments). To answer you:
You decide how much they remember about you. In the app settings you can choose between three modes:
The chat memory is private and is deleted completely when you delete your account.
MBP is for people aged 14 and over. When you create your account you confirm this with a checkbox: we don't ask for your date of birth. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 14, we delete it.
If you are between 14 and 17, you need permission from your mother, father or guardian to use MBP.
MBP doesn't ask for data about children or teenagers who don't have an account. Whoever posts a class or event for minors only states which ages it's for: their names, photos and contact details are not requested.
Account holders can delete their account at any time from their profile (see «Deleting your account and what we keep»). A mother, father or guardian can also ask us to delete their minor child's account, or for a copy of its data, by writing to: contact (at) managerbattlepro.com
You can delete your account yourself from your profile, in the "Danger zone" section. The steps are explained at managerbattlepro.com/cuenta/eliminar, a page you can open without signing in.
When you confirm, your profile, your posts and replies (including those you left on other people's posts), your likes and followers, the messages you sent, your events, classes, and tournaments, your attendances, ratings, and saved items, your photos, the trust seals you gave and received, the AI chat memory, and your access to the app are deleted immediately and forever. The full list is in the Terms of Service.
Only three things are kept: the messages that other people wrote to you, which remain in their conversation; the anonymous averages of ratings; and the reports you sent, without your name visible, and those that other people made about you, because they protect other people. There is also a record that this account was deleted, without any personal data.
If you pay for a PLUS plan, cancel the subscription where you pay for it: deleting your account here does not stop the billing.
This action is irreversible: we cannot recover anything afterwards.
For any questions about privacy:
We respond within a maximum of 30 days, or sooner if the law in your country requires it (for example, 10 days in Korea).
