By using Manager Battle Pro, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
Manager Battle Pro is a platform to:
To use Manager Battle Pro:
You agree to:
Regarding the content you create:
We use artificial intelligence to help moderate. When you upload an event or a class, an AI system reviews it: if it clearly sees that it is a dance event or class, that it is complete, and that it is not duplicated, it can publish it right away, without waiting for a person. The rest go into a queue that a person on the team reviews. The AI can also choose which wall posts are featured.
The AI does not reject or delete anything on its own. Rejecting, unpublishing, or closing an account is decided by a person on the team. If you think we made a mistake with your content, write to us and a person will review it.
When we remove your content or limit your account, we tell you what it was and why, unless giving notice puts someone at risk or the law prohibits it.
Manager Battle Pro is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
We are not responsible for:
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. When we do:
If you do not agree, you can delete your account before that date. If you keep using MBP after that date, you accept the changes. Each version carries its date.
JAMS is the social side of Manager Battle Pro. You need an account to get in. Inside you have:
In JAMS you may not post or send:
You are responsible for what you post and send. We do not review every message before it is published, but we can remove content and suspend accounts when these rules are broken.
If something bothers you, there are two tools inside the app: report (we get an immediate alert with the content) and block (that person disappears from your feed and cannot message you).
What it is. The seal is a personal recommendation. A person with an account gives it to say that they trust someone in the scene (a teacher, an organizer, a dancer) or an event and whoever organizes it. The total you see is the sum of those recommendations: their community recommends them, your city recommends them.
What it is not. The seal is not a guarantee, a certification, or a verification by Manager Battle Pro. We do not check backgrounds, we do not visit the places, and we do not ensure that a class, an event, or a person is safe. Having many seals does not protect anyone from a report, and having zero seals does not mean anything bad. The PLUS plan badge indicates the paid plan: it is not an identity verification either. Use your own judgment, as in any place.
It cannot be bought. Paying for PLUS does not give or remove seals.
How it is given. Accounts with 7 days or more can give it. Each account gives one seal per person or per event. No one can give it to themselves, and the MBP administration account neither gives nor receives seals. There is no “dislike”.
It is public. When you give a seal, your nickname and your photo may appear next to it, on the event page or on that person's card. Anyone can see the total, also without signing in.
Instructors in your city. If you teach dance, you can choose to appear in «Instructors in your city», in DESCUBRE, with your photo, your nickname and your seals. It is off until you turn it on, it is only for people 18 years old or older (you declare it when you turn it on; we don't store your date of birth) and you can turn it off whenever you want: you stop appearing instantly. Anyone without an account does not see your name or your photo there.
Removing it. You can remove your seal whenever you want, and we'll ask you why. We don't notify that person. The MBP team does see who removed it and why, to look after the community and spot problems. If you give it and remove it a few minutes later saying you made a mistake, we treat it as a test.
Misuse. It is prohibited to buy, sell, or exchange seals; create accounts to give yourself seals or ask for them in bulk in exchange for something; and use the seal to pressure or harass. If it happens, we can remove those seals, stop showing a person's total, or close the accounts that did it.
What you can report. If something serious happened with a person or at an event (harassment, something sexual without consent, violence or threats, anything involving a minor, a space that wasn't safe, rules that weren't followed), you can tell us privately from their profile or from the event.
It's confidential. The MBP team sees who sends each report, to stop false reports. The person reported never knows who it was.
What happens next. A person on the team reviews every report. While it's being reviewed, to protect the community:
This is a pause while we review. It's not a sanction or an accusation, and we don't show any banner. If the team dismisses the reports, everything goes back to how it was.
If your account is put under review, we notify you in the app and you can write to us to give your side. A person always decides, never a machine alone. We try to resolve each case soon: usually, within 7 days.
False reports. Reporting falsely on purpose is prohibited. If we detect it, your reports stop counting and we can close your account.
Emergencies. MBP doesn't replace the police or the justice system. If someone is in danger or a crime occurred, call your country's emergency number. We can keep a report and hand it over to an authority when the law requires it.
Urban dance welcomes a lot of young people. That's why these rules apply to all accounts:
If you're between 14 and 17 years old: don't put your address, your school or your phone number in your profile or on the wall. If someone makes you uncomfortable, take a screenshot, don't reply, block them, report them and tell a trusted adult. It's not your fault.
Zero tolerance. If there's sexual content involving a minor, or someone tries to contact a minor for sexual purposes, we delete it, close the account forever and inform the authorities when applicable.
Who's responsible for classes. MBP publishes classes and events organized by other people. We don't organize or supervise them: whoever teaches the class or runs the event is responsible for taking care of their people and complying with their country's law.
You can delete your account whenever you want, yourself, without asking us and without giving a reason:
Once you confirm, the following is deleted immediately and forever:
To be clear, there are two things that stay:
Deletion is irreversible: there is no trash bin and no way to recover anything afterward. A record also remains that the account was deleted, with no personal data.
If you have a PLUS plan, cancel the subscription first where you pay for it (Google Play, App Store or the payment method you used): deleting your account here does not stop the billing.
We respect the work of the people who create. If someone posted something of yours on Manager Battle Pro (a photo, a flyer, a video, a song) without your permission, write to our contact email and tell us what the content is, where it is and why it belongs to you. We review the case and take down whatever is appropriate.
Chilean intellectual property law (Law 17.336) requires us to publicly designate who receives judicial notifications about copyright. They are received by the company:
Repeat infringers: If an account repeatedly infringes copyright, we close it permanently, and that person may not come back by creating another account.
These terms are written in Spanish and translated into other languages. If a translation says something different, the Spanish version prevails, unless your country's law says otherwise. They're governed by the law of Chile. If you use MBP as a consumer, you keep the rights your country of residence's law gives you.
